Founding

The notarial formation of the stock corporation and all formalities have been completed. The share capital of the joint stock company amounts to € 50,000. Bank account

At the time of the takeover of the Joint-Stock Company by you, the share capital in the amount of € 50,000 is fully paid into the bank account. The completeness of the share capital is bindingly assured. It will be proven at the notary appointment by the current bank account statement. The bank account together with the capital is at the free disposal of the joint-stock company in its full amount even after the takeover.

Commercial register

The joint-stock company was registered with the commercial register and is successfully entered there. All the necessary documents were provided by the notary: articles of association, bank confirmation, minutes of the first supervisory board meeting, founding report, founding audit report and assurances from those involved. The commercial register fees are paid by us.

Tax office

The German tax office tax identification number has been requested at the tax office. After the purchase, the tax office will be informed of the new status of the GmbH and you will receive the activation of the so-called sales tax signal at short notice.

Freedom from encumbrances

The German shelf company GmbH has not been active so far. Apart from the formalities of the establishment, it has not taken any action. There are therefore no legal issues (e.g. obligations) and it is completely unencumbered.
